Story
My friend Barbara is 32 years old with a 19 month old son.She has been diagnosed with young onset parkinsonism syndrome with neurodegeneration with brain iron accumulation she is deteriating very quickly. She needs a break from every day struggles and a holiday with her son, She has always wanted to go to Disneyland Paris.. any small donations will help
