I've worked at the hospital for nearly ten years an opportunity has become available to abseil down the front of the hospital to have fun and raise money for Sunderland Royal. I have chosen The Renal Unit which I feel is overlooked and is something close to me as my mother has kidney problems and friends and family I know also have kidney problems so this is something close to me. It would be lovely for the funds to be used on making the Unit feel more like home and comfortable.
