We're currently awaiting another application for legal aid to fund a long awaited Article 2, Right to life Second inquest.
Justice must include life imprisonment along with admission & accountability from the Ministry of Justice & Wales Community Rehabilitation Company for their part in failing to properly monitor the offender David Braddon.
His long record of offences and two supervision orders at the time he murdered Conner were not properly risk assessed or deemed a cause for concern. Braddon, supposedly being monitored by a private probation company and rated low risk after being convicted for drugs/alcohol offences and assaulting a police officer. He had missed eight probation appointments.

Following huge concerns and years of discussions raised by #TeamMarshall
Current legislation from Jan 2019 WILL now allow ALL families tormented, grieving and shattered by murder to transparency or accountability. For families in their hundreds, they WILL NOW be automatically informed of any previous offender contact with probation services. Families WILL now be told and given sensitively and timely disclosure of reports held. National Probation instruction WILL now include a lasting legacy to Conner and his families tireless campaign for victims.

No family should have to experience the endless hurt and unanswered question that arise from unprovoked murder.
