£660raised of £1,000 target by 32 supporters

Weʼre raising £1,000 to help fund our legal fight for justice in memory of our murdered son Conner.

What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

The loss of any child of any age is incomprehensible and unjust. When murder is the cause of death the pain is all consuming.
Our lives have been damaged beyond repair with irreplaceable loss and heartache.

Our mission is to allow any family affected by serious crime full disclosure at any time of all information and facts held by Private and National Probation service. We are seeking admission and accountability from the Ministry of Justice and Wales Community Rehabilitation Company.

Current legislation does not allow families tormented, grieving and shattered by serious crime to transparency or accountability. For families in their hundreds, they are NOT currently, NOT routinely or automatically informed of any previous offender contact with probation services.
Families are being told that disclosure of held information is not possible and not in the public interest. Many obstacle's are laid down to avoid release of reports & files held.

When David Braddon, 26yrs old, murdered Conner he was supposedly being monitored by a private probation company after being convicted for drugs offences and assaulting a police officer. He was rated as low risk at this time.
He had missed eight probation appointments and was routinely drug and alcohol using.

No family should have to experience the endless hurt and unanswered question that arise from unprovoked murder.

For us remembering Conner's belief that Life goes on, which was his tattoo is the reason we must continue to be the victims voice, and to be #AVoiceForConner

#TeamMarshall appreciates the support and generosity of all it's supporters.

Following an inquest hearing in Oct 18, we are relieved that the coroner has listened and granted us a full Article 2 Inquest. From our point of view, this was the only outcome that we wanted and have fought so hard for. We are a long way off settling an inquest start date, however we are so grateful and relieved that at some point in the coming months or longer we will have the opportunity to fully disclose all details and known information. Finally giving #AVoiceForConner Thank you as always, pleas stay with us #Team Marshall
