Story
Myself and fellow Ulster Bank colleagues will be taking part in a 10k across Silent Valley in Newcastle as part of our 'one week in June' fundraising campaign to help raise funds for Aware NI, which specialises in funding help for those suffering from depression, anxiety and other mental health disorders.
A Derry born charity AWARE deliver mental health and well being programmes into communities, schools, colleges, universities and workplaces. These programmes include our suite of Mood Matters programmes, Living Life to the Full, Mental Health First Aid and Mindfulness.
