Dear family & freinds,

As you all know, we were recently blessed with the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Max. During the course of Max’s pre discharge assesment by the peadeatrician, a sacral dimple was found.

As you can imagine, this has caused great upset, alarm and distress amongst our immediate family. Whilst we are praying for the best and and we acknowledge the great work of our NHS, we are not happy to simply “wait and see” what becomes of Max’s condition and as such we have booked him into a private hospital in Belfast to see a specialist peadiatrician and have some scans and tests carried out which will be followed by further consultations and hopefully set our minds at ease or, at worst to know what we are dealing with and tackle it head on for Max’s best.

As you can imagine, these treatments and services do not come cheap. But as parents we would quite literally cut an arm off to give our children the best, especially when it comes to their health. To that end we are kindly requesting that if any of you, in our family and freinds circle had planned on buying a cuddly toy, gifts or voucher for our littly boy, could we kindly ask that in lieu of doing so, you would donate to Max’s health care.
