We are a team of six people, all trying to raise funds for two very worthy causes.

Firstly, for 'Sarcoma UK', in memory of Billy Lee.
Billy is the cousin of one of the Broadbridge Heath Junior Football Club members, who lost his battle against cancer on 17th May 2016. Billy had Sarcoma, a rare bone and soft tissue cancer, which was extremely aggressive. So much about this cancer is unknown and this charity are desperate for funds to research and hopefully one day find a cure. Billy was so brave in his fight against cancer, and we want to continue fundraising in his name. We hope that, with enough research, other families will not have to endure the painful loss of a loved one to this cruel disease.

Secondly, we want to raise funds for our local football team, Broadbridge Heath Junior Football Club U11s.
Sport is such an vital part of promoting health and well-being for our children, and playing football is a great way to help with fitness, confidence, and for promoting team spirit. Funds are required for much needed essential equipment, including goals, footballs and kits.
Donating to this page is a great way of supporting not only a deserving charity, but our children too.

To raise money, our team of six (Adam Mayle, Cabz Howell, Peter Lee, Ben Wisniewski, Michelle Coward and Simon Boylett) will be taking part in two events; the Cranleigh 10k race on 9th July and the Barnes Green half marathon on 24th September.
Training is well underway! Some of us are running for the first time, so this could get interesting! (St Johns ambulance will be on site don't worry!)
