Story
As most of you know Billy was born with radial club hand affecting his right arm.
Basically what I want to do is get him a 'Doll Like Me' so that as he grows he doesn't ever feel alone because he will always have someone who is just the same.
Finding a boy doll is difficult enough without having to try and get one that is as unique and as beautiful as Billy.
The problem is that these dolls are specifically made in the USA especially for the person they're designed for which makes them rather expensive. (About $90 ish.) And I just don't have that kind of cash especially with Bean growing now.
So I thought I'd be incredibly cheeky but eternally greatful to all my wonderful friends and ask for a bit of help to get my wonderful loving little boy a friend just like him.

7 years agoI've just checked Billy's just giving page and have seen with the amazingly wonderful generous friends we have raised £110 for a 'doll like me' to be specially made just for Billy. It will be totally one of a kind, just like Billy himself! The money that's been raised will not only pay for the doll but will also cover shipping costs and the customs fee which is much more than I ever expected. I cannot thank you all enough. No words can express how incredibly greatful I am to you all for giving this beautiful gift to my little boy. X
