Weʼve raised £149 to Bedrock Radio - Big Bedrock Broadcast Marathon 2021

Funded on Saturday, 29th January 2022

Don't have time to donate right now?

    Story

I'm taking part in the Bedrock Radio - Big Bedrock Broadcast Marathon!

Along with other volunteers we're hosting a LIVE 25 Hour Programme from 30th to 31st October (Including the hour when the clocks go back!)

We're asking for £2 sponsor for every song played during the marathon!

All the money raised will be donated to Bedrock Radio on-air across local hospital's & wider community, as the station has been impacted by not being able to fundraise during the pandemic.

    About Bedrock Radio

Bedrock Radio is a community & hospital radio station serving East London & South Essex (Havering, Redbridge, Barking, Dagenham, Thurrock, Brentwood), It's run entirely by volunteers from the community, by the community!

Just one week to go! The team are very excited and are raring to go on this year #BBBM We're asking for a £2 donation, to sponsor a song of your choice! Don't forget to listen to Bedrock Radio by visiting our website or download our free mobile app. Like many charities, the pandemic halted a lot of our activities and our ability to promote and raise funds for our charity run radio station. Bedrock Radio managed to adapt schedules and keep on-air for patients and staff in our local hospitals & need your support to us going.

Extra hour of radio & extra hour to get sponsor your favourite songs. If you're working nights, we'd especially love to play something for you!
