Isabella is 12 years old and suffers from a rare chromosome disorder which has left her severely disabled.

Isabella is unable to talk, walk or feed, and is fed by a machine through her gastrostomy.

As well as this she suffers from epilepsy, has two holes in her heart and is registered blind.

She has developed severe scoliosis and now also needs spinal surgery to stop her back curving any further.

As a result of Bella's growing needs and size, more and more equipment is needed, that isn’t always provided to the children of separated parents. The state only provide one lot of equipment to the main carer and other essential equipment has to be funded by charities or privately by parents.

Being Isabella's father, and seperated from her mother, help for fathers is very limited. All equipment that we have so far obtained is through charities and privately funded by me. Money raised will to buy essential equipment for Bella, including much needed transport.
