My 8 year old son Jacob is going to Great Ormond Street hospital soon for major surgery on his leg to insert a metal rod and screws and plates into his right leg.
He had a similar operation four years ago But this is now failing, he will be in hospital for up to 2 weeks then faces a long road of physio therapy to strength the leg and hopefully enable him to walk without a limp.
He attends manor green primary school in Crawley he is a happy go lucky little boy who is very loving and kind
His main wish for when he is in hospital is to have an iPad something I can't afford. Pleae if you can donate something so I can fulfil his wish
