I loved going out with New Community Kibera last year to help develop small businesses and business leaders in Africa’s largest Urban slum, Kibera, in Nairobi. I intend to go out again in April to provide business training and financial advice to additional small businesses in Kibera, visit local businesses to establish relationships, and develop the small business loan initiative further. If you could support me in this, I’d be really grateful. These trips aren’t cheap and although I am supporting myself financially whilst I’m out there, any help with the cost of travel would be appreciated.

Your donation would help me to:

a) Provide financial advice to the small businesses in Kibera and beyond
b) Train local business leaders on how to develop their businesses
c) Establish and retaining ecumenical relationship with the Kibera community and beyond
d) Provide guidance and training to the new Small Loans Committee
e) Provide guidance and training to potential recipients of a small business loan
f) Visit local businesses to establish new and develop existing relationships
g) Provide business training to local and regional Football leaders
h) Support the football and community healthcare initiatives
