basically i was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis which is a chronic liver condition where my immune system attacks my liver, i was joking about having to buy a new liver off the black market with a friend and set this up not expecting it to get approved but it has been now i feel like a terrible human being i beg you not to donate as other causes need this money. even if i got a new liver i wouldn't be able to get better
