I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis. I have been suffering for 8/9 years, in and out of hospital and the doctors with very harsh symptoms.. yet never once was endometriosis mentioned to me! I am now, having waited nearly half of my life for a diagnosis, trying to raise awareness for endometriosis and ensure young girls (like me) are made aware of the symptoms.. and hopefully they can catch it quick before it gets too serious and cause much harm.
