Myself and my good friend AnnMarie are raising money for a local cause Bicester Good Neighbour Scheme, who are reliant on fundraising and grants.
BGNS aims to alleviate loneliness by providing support and friendship to older people living in the Bicester area.
The volunteers visit people in their homes, giving them company and a link to the outside world for an hour or so a week.

Myself and AnnMarie, supported by my daughter Hannah and AnnMaries' son Matt, are challenging ourselves to do the Velocity ZipWire challenge in June. Velocity ZipWire is the longest ZipWire in Europe and the fastest in the world, reaching speeds of 100mph! For myself and AnnMarie who have both had breast cancer and live daily with a number of effects from this, this really is a challenge! And we wanted to do some good from this challenge, so have decided to choose a local volunteer organisation to support.

Please give generously for BGNS and keep us focussed on actually doing this scary challenge!!
