Story
Nepal suffered a terrible earthquake in 2015. However, there are local non/governmental organizations who are working hard at the grass roots to help build back Nepal better. We are supporting two local NGOs, Teach for Nepal, and Sabah, and a local primary school.
Teach for Nepal is an inspiring organization that trains individuals to help ensure children in remote areas receive a better quality education. By training these teachers, we can help them bring about change to an entire community by enabling the children to achieve their true potential.
Sabah is a local organization that provides the entrepreneurial skills and training to empower the role of women within communities in Nepal. By investing in the resources needed to help them cope with the aftermath of the earthquake, these women can continue to bring catalytic change within their own communities.
This is not about charitable giving, this is about believing that people themselves are at the heart of driving sustainable change.
