7 years agoThank you so much for your donation. Together with 4 other donations received, we have raised exactly £500 for Beacon House and Colchester Samaritans. Please do continue to remember the excellent work done by these two charities. It was worth an uncomfortable night in Castle Park (and very little sleep) to highlight the achievements of these two organisations. Thanks too should go to Colchester Forum Rotary Club for all their hard work. Have a great summer! +Roger

Well done on your rough sleepover! This is late, but having been 'charged' by you on Monday evening, knowing the great works are achieved by the charities you're supporting, we know this is worthwhile

I've now slept out and, despite the low temperatures and the hard ground, I managed to get a couple of hours of sleep. I could not imagine doing this in the middle of winter. That is why it's so important to support these two amazing charities that offer so much support and help.
