On the the 20th May i will be setting off on the 10th and final "Bobby on a Bike" May ride Raising money for the Tacs Rest Caravan that provides weeks away for families who have been through tough or difficult times.

This will be the 2nd time i have cycled this route for this amazing cause, however due to a back injury 18 months ago when i was told i would struggle to cycle more than 25 miles i didnt think this would be possible again. But after 6months training i am ready to give it another go even though the hills will be a lot more challenging due to the extra poundage i am now carrying !

The route is 400 miles in 4 days climbing 23,000ft from Aldeburgh Suffolk to Borth on the welsh coast on the following route with a few special hills thrown in to test our legs even more !

Day 1 Aldeburgh to Cambridge

Day 2 Cambridge to Stratford Upon Avon

Day 3 Stratford Upon Avon to Brecon Beacons

Day 4 Brecon Breacons to Borth

Tac's Rest is a fully equipped, 6 berth, holiday caravan situated on the stunning Welsh Coast at Brynrodyn Caravan Park.

Set at the southern end of Cardigan Bay the park affords incredible sea views,

sweeping vistas of the bay with Snowdonia National Park as a back drop.

The caravan will be used to provide free 'week stays' for families who have been through tough or difficult times.

As i have said before this is an amazing charity that anything you sponsor me big or small every little counts to keeping this facility running.
