Bolton Lions Club are a registered charity. Lions members are all volunteers. All money raised by the club is used to support good causes. Any administration costs is covered by the members themselves and not from money donated.

For over 30 years Bolton Lions Club has supported over 1200 young people at Christmas through its Toy Appeal, with thousands of new toys being given to children who otherwise would have nothing at Christmas. Sadly COVID-19 has this year impacted our appeal and we cannot do it in its usual form. We have therefore partnered with the Bolton Family including Bolton at Home, Bolton Action Group and Bolton FM and are looking to give toy vouchers instead, but to do this we need to raise in the region of £30,000, which is the annual value of the toys usually distributed. We are appealing to the great people of Bolton, to help us help others.
