Weʼve raised £30 to Host the 1st Free Bournemouth Reggae Weekender.
- Kings Park, Bournemouth BH7 7AF
- Funded on Saturday, 30th March 2019
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
It is our intention to provide a unique reggae music weekender that is Free to all visitors whether from Bournemouth or wider afield.
We aim to provide a full range of traditional activities to be enjoyed by all age groups.
To be held in Kings Park, Bournemouth with ease of access for first-class entertainment within the catchment. Bournemouth weekender will concentrate its efforts on positive developments within the community and be another avenue to encourage tourism in Bournemouth with an emphasis on Afro-Caribbean culture, style and flavour.
The event will be hosted by Afro*disiac Live Radio CIC, Bournemouth’s No1 Free Music Streaming Station on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July 2019 at Kings Park Sporting Grounds.
Afro-disiac Live Radio is not for profit community Interest station established in 2007 with the aim to Empower and Encourage young adults, giving them the opportunity to reach their full potential, by providing a DJ Music Platform supporting events and partnering with other organizations that provide similar services.
If you’re able, we’d love it if you could make a donation from £5 to help us achieve our mission and create a fantastic Free to all event. Your donation will go towards the organisation of the event.
Thank you in advance for your contribution.
