Weʼre raising £200 to help keep our family of four afloat as mum is suffering with bowel disease and universal credit has ruined us through no fault of our own

I have always worked since the age of 14. So has my husband, low wage jobs but steady and consistent. We have two wonderful kids, one of whom needs expensive care (nhs services require us to travel to london for treatment)
I have been diagnosed with bowel disease and fibromyalgia and am too unwell to work. We were forced to switch from child tax credits to universal credit and they made us penniless for 6 weeks, then repeatedly lost our "evidence" and made so many mistakes to ensure we never got our money. We finally got it sorted and found ourselves much much worse off than on tax crefits but it was something and better than nothing today they have deleted our claim. No notice no reasons they have deleted all communications, all journal entries all receipts, and all i can do is start a new claim. Which means providing all the proof, multiple trips to town when im seriously ill and a minimum 6 week wait for any money. For absolutely no reason. The dwp are killing us without mercy.
Please help us afford to live, to keep my kid receiving the treatment they need and support a hard working family who have hit hard times.
