Story
On October 10th (during school drop-off) The Mansell’s (Brett, Dannie, Seb 11, Leo 7 and Zoe 5) sadly lost their material possesions to a house fire, spreading from their neigbours home to theirs.
The next door neighbour, which the bungalow adjoins to, had a fire last week. The fire in the neighbours house was extensive and they have tragically lost everything - please see link to their page...

As it currently stands the Mansell’s house has a lot of smoke damage and is likely to be uninhabitable for a considerable time, both according to the fire officer on the scene and the local council housing officer who was on the scene shortly after the fire was put out. In addition most of their possessions will have to be disposed of due to smoke damage. This was again in the opinion of the fire officer at the scene.
“My family are officially homeless, but living in temporary accommodation and grateful to have a roof over their heads." - Dianne Mansell.
Please consider donating to help rebuild their family home - all money will be used towards furniture, clothes, toys, soft furnishings, van hire etc.
All children, adults and dogs are safe and well.

5 years agoCompletely overwhelmed with the response to help our family - Thank You. Brett & Dannie are currently homeless, over time we will have an idea on their larger furniture needs. Smoke damage has meant they can’t keep any material possessions, and every penny donated will be used towards rebuilding their life in this way. You are all SO generous. Thank You.
