Story
Me and my work colleague (Jake) are taking part in a 10K inflatable assault course on 21st May on behalf of the charity we both work for; Newlife: The Charity For Disabled Children. This is a big task ahead of us with very little training to prepare ourselves for the run, having only signed up a few weeks back.
We both may find this extremely tough, but it is nothing compared to what some of the children which our charity support have to go through each day. Every day is a battle for some of these little ones and we just want to help support the families. The intention is to raise as many funds as possible to go towards equipment for the children that could aid their day to day lives such as a special wheelchair, a bed, a walker. These things may seem small to some but it is huge to these childrens' families and will make that child's life more comfortable.
We hope you can help us, help them. Any donation, £1 or £10, really does make a difference. Thank you.
