Well where do I start , as a few people know over the last 8 weeks I've been in at ibrox training on the the football fans get fit course I've only 4 weeks to go now and as part of the course is a challenge to do a 5k run 14 laps of ibrox so I've decided that since they have helped me I'm going to help others so I've decided to try and raise a little money for two different cause first one is for wee Keira's ward 3a neurology a lot of people will know that the wee fighter has been through the wars over the years and has many a battle to come and hopefully I can the ward a little for kids presents at Xmas and secondly is for David McGregor I know a lot of people have already helped david raise money to help him full fill his dream of taking his boys to Australia in this hard time and fighting his own battle against cancer if anyone can spare the odd pound it would be greatly appreciated thanks again please feel free to share the post
