I have worked in the women and children’s hospital in hull for the last 18 months. During that time I have had the honour of working and helping families through difficult and heart renching news, including that of miscarriage, ectopic pregnancies and molar pregnancies. During the last 2 years on my ward in Hull we have set up, along side Abbies Fund, the opportunity for families to benefit from Forget-me-not boxes so that they can remember those that they have lost. These include a notebook to jot down any thoughts and feelings, a candle, Forget me not seeds, a pendant, lavender oil, and resources such as organisations available to help the families. These boxes are free and are purely funded through the generosity of donations.

I am skydiving in April to raise money to help continue to provide women and families the opportunity to access these boxes to help them from the grieving process. Any donation made will be greatly appreciated :)
