Story
We intend to raise money to buy items to improve the facilities for youth in the Burgess Hill Youth Hub. The garden area is currently bare and unattractive to the youth who use it making it a rarely used space and leaving the youth with no outdoor area. We plan to buy garden furniture and plants to improve this outdoor space to make it more accessible for young people to use.
The counselling room downstairs is used by youth aged 11+ and some items on the shelves are helpful but sometimes distracting to some kids. We plan to raise money to buy material for curtains so that they have the option to cover these items when needed.
