We are CA events! A group of six events management students. As one of our assignments we have been challenged to hold an event for a charity, with a £0 budget. This means we need to fund raise all the money to make an experience happen. We need you to help us create the best event our minds can create. All donations will be thoroughly appreciated! Venture arts- The charity that we will be working with is called Venture Arts. It is a charity based in Hulme, Manchester. They work alongside individuals with learning disabilities from age 8-80. They have multiple creative work shops that are led by professional artists, and the practices involve many different forms of art including, ceramics, textiles, animation and printmaking. Their mission is to help their members play a valued role in our society. Their workshops supply the members with wider skills such as literacy and ICT, as well as broadening their character skills for example, independence and social networking skills.
