Hi, getting diagnosed with life limiting, secondary or terminal cancer is devastating, especially if you view yourself as still quite young. The Cancer Treat Club is for adults up to the age of 60 with such a diagnosis. There is a gap in the support for this age group other than the traditional meet ups that concentrate on your diagnosis. This group was created to enable members to do fun things to take their mind off the horror of it all. We meet up in and around Yorkshire and Derbyshire every month and do lovely things. We do not charge members for the this and every penny raised goes to funding our little treats. They are not extravagant and for some members it may be the only treat that they get due to the financial difficulties this terrible illness can inflict.
