Story
My son has been treated very badly in relation to his community care needs being met by the local authority . His human rights have been violated so many times . We have recently been refused legal aid very unfairly and our current ongoing attempt to have court action against the authority may need to be dismissed unless we pay the court fees ourselves which could cost thousands of pounds We have a strong case and loads of supporting evidence and even have the European Human Rights Commission supporting us yet legal aid was refused We are desperate to have this case heard in court but for now we need to raise court fees to take it on ourselves We are running out of time to achieve this aim please can everyone help by trying to raise money fast I will be contacting media also asap.
