Since the age of 8 like many young boys, Nathaniel has dreamt of being a professional footballer. He's had to endure some tough steps in his journey. Its not been an easy road, infact he's had plenty of downs before the ups came along. Nathaniel faced many rejections time and time again at all levels from grass route, varies clubs amd academies and at professional levels. He's spent hours upon hour attending training sessions, playing games at junior, youth and senior level pushing and fighting his heart out to get regonition for his passion and break through to become one of the best young athletes yorkshire / sheffield should be proud off. Football is his life its what he lives for and nothing has stopped him. His determination and his strong will power to succeed is whats got him this far. Despite finally getting the regonition from SUFC with professional status its still not enough. So Nathaniel has decided that the USA may be a better option for him to progress his career further. Nathaniel will spend 4 yrs in West Virgina, playing elite football and gaining his degree in sport with some of the best under 21's in the world. We know its a big step, having his family behind at 19, starting a new life with a new circle of friends which will become his family. He will be missed by us all and I know his mum, step dad brothers and sisters will cry lots, but its an opportunity of a life time and we know god will be shining down on him to give him health, strength and courage to push further on this big journey. Its even harder without his family his side, thousands of miles away. Any support you can offer would greatly appreciated. Its going to be tough until nathaniel finds his feet and Im sure you'll all be rooting for his success.
