Jeremy is a lovely little boy from Madagascar who was born with disabilities. After spending two years in a children's centre, I was able to get legal guardianship of him and he became my son.

He constantly amazes me with what he can do. He has learned to climb up and down stairs, he goes to pre school and makes friends with so many people.

Now I have been able to bring him to the UK he is starting to get the help that he so desperately needs. This visa is a life long visa, he will be able to live here, be referred for prosthetic limbs, get physiotherapy and get a great education. He really needs this and I desperately want to give him this opportunity to have a full and wonderful life. Please help me to help him.
