Carry The Weight Challenge 2021 in recognition of the lives lost to suicide across the Liverpool City Region.
Each participant is required to complete a full Marathon distance walk of 26.2 miles carrying weight from Southport Prom to Otterspool on Saturday 11th September.
The walk aims to raise awareness of the burden and weight mental health has on individuals, raising awareness of the impact of suicides for World Suicide Prevention day.
