Story
We have chosen The Gloucester Child Contact centre for our chosen charity this year it is a voluntary organisation, providing an essential service for the local community, in Gloucestershire.
They have operated in Gloucester for over 25 years. It is set up to provide a safe friendly and neutral place where children of separated families can spend time with one or both parents and sometimes other family members. It is a child-centred environment that provides toys, games and facilities that reflect the diverse needs of children affected by family breakdown.
They are nearing serious funding shortage for supply of equipment, updating and improving storage facilities, they are in need of curtains for the playrooms and updating their current toys.

6 years agoApparently you cannot add offline donations to a Crowd funding page, which is helpful but rest assured that for our offline donations, we have raised £245 from The Glevum Way and £634 from various Cass-Stephens related fund raising efforts which include, The Quiz Night, Book Sales, Bake sales, Causal Dress days and over equally silly but essential fund raising ideas. So as of today we are about £1374 towards our target of £1500. So thank you to everyone who has donated. It is very mush appreciated.

6 years agoJust to let you know that we raised £245 from doing the 26 mile walk Glevum Way in a Day. Thank you to everyone who sponsored us. Ill add the money to the just giving page as soon as i figure out how to do it. ;)
