Hey guys!

I'm heading to Sri Lanka from 29th December - 29th January to volunteer with children and young people with physical and mental disabilities. I haven decided to take an icy Boxing Day plunge in the Irish Sea to help raise money! I am appealing for donations to help me purchase equipment/aids to enhance the quality of the lives of these individuals. I would ideally like to go away with a backpack full of equipment instead of clothes!! Depending on the money raised the equipment will consist of sensory aids, therapy putty, transfer boards, pressure relief cushions, maybe even crutches. EVERY LAST PENNY of your donations will go towards purchase of this equipment as I am covering the costs of the volunteer program and flights myself. During my short time out there I want to do all in my power to help. I will be putting some of my own money towards purchasing equipment but feel that by raising a few extra quid I will be able to have a bigger impact on lives while I'm out there. I will upload pics of my Boxing Day swim and how your money will be used to help out there. Xo
