I am looking for sponsorship to raise some awareness and funds for a great charity D.A.G.E (Deptford Action Group for the Elderly) I will be taking part in some major events this year starting with the Brighton marathon on the 9th of April. This will be my 1st marathon and a massive milestone for my events this year. My next big event will be on the 11th of June 2017. The PIG is the UK's toughest Ultra Duathlon with a mountain run, road bike and trail run. Set in breathtaking surroundings at the foot of Cadair Idris in Wales. There will be plenty of hills on all the courses for me to battle while being set around some amazing scenery to take my mind off the pain.

The PIG is a 6 mile mountain run, 105 mile road bike and will finish off with a 20 mile trail run…and hopefully a bacon butty or two at the end. Here’s hoping!!

Starting in Swansea on the South Wales coast as the sun rises participants will have just 24 hours to reach Beaumaris, a beautiful town on the island of Anglesey. On its own the challenge of cycling coast to coast is enormous. The route is a challenging one, with the second cycle section being particularly savage. From the city centre, through tranquil Mid Wales and onto the spectacular Isle of Anglesey, the route does not disappoint.RUN
The Welsh 3 Peaks is not an easy undertaking; with each peak above 800 metres tackling just one is usually enough for most people. Pen y Fan might be the lowest, but the terrain is tough. Cader Idris is perhaps the most difficult, with the hundreds of natural steps to tackle and the extremely rocky, technical craggy peak. Snowdon, the highest mountain in Southern Britain as the last peak and near to the finish will be an enormous challenge.
