    Community of English Language for Children and Adults (CELCA) is a small community center which located in Khnat Commune, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. Our mission is to support and empowering Cambodians especially children and adults to create a sustainable for their future themselves. Recently we have 3 programs as General English Program (GEP), Computer Program (CP), and Vocational Training Program (VTP). All donation we will spend for English teacher monthly salary, purchasing art materials and school supplies for poor students.
