I am swimming the River Dart 10 km river swim in Devon with my amazing sister Lesley. I would like to raise funds for St Georges Wolverton in Milton Keynes, for the church's projects including Foodbank, Saturday Breakfast and Winter Night Shelter. We meet people in these projects who inspire us. We want to make sure the work continues into the future and that we improve our church to make it more comfortable for those we help. UPDATE 16.09

It is with deep regret that I need to inform everyone that I had to pull out of the River Dart 10 km swim due to a minor injury in my upper arm. It was not healing in time to be compatible with a 10km event. Apologies for the delay, but I have been in Sierra Leone with poor internet access so wasn't able to inform everyone in time.

I plan to defer my swim till next year. Please let me know if this is a problem for any sponsors and I will refund your money.

It really is an amazing event. Here is the start of the wave my sister was in. She did brilliantly, under 3 hours.
