Myself & Lee Davies will be taking on the huge task (with even huger hills) of cycling to Llanrhystud in West Wales from our homes in South Wales help raise money for the captains worthy charities Alzheimers & Blood Bikes Wales please dig deep and help put pressure on us to complete this ride 🙈
