Story
For better or worse, I am running the Bristol 10K in the University Varsity group on Sunday 5th May. Yes, this amuses me too. A lot. Except when I am running.
I've left it a bit late in the day, but I thought that some good should come out of this so I am running to raise money for the Ted Senior Foundation .
A fantastic group of people are setting up a charity in Ted's name. The Ted Senior Foundation aims to tackle mental health issues in students and young people. Read more about Ted and the foundation
I've spent quite a while working with students and specifically, student welfare; this cause is very close to my heart.
Ted was a remarkable guy and I was lucky to know him and in my small way, I'd like to help support the outstanding work started by his friends and family.

Apologies for the delay in posting but I wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported me in whatever way in raising a fantastic and incredible £1200 for my 10K run. A week or so ago, I was lucky enough to be able to give a cheque to Diana, Ted's mum. She thanked me, which really means you, for your donations
