Dreams Come True are a charity set up, to provide families whom have children with a short life expectancy, fulfill a once in a life time opportunity whilst they still can.

With the help of Dreams Come True, George is currently in the process of organising a trip to DisneyWorld for his brother Charlie's 21st birthday. As a celebration of his life and for surpassing the 2 year life expectancy doctors predicted for him at birth. He is an inspiration to us all!

We are looking to raise money to ensure Charlie's dream becomes a reality and to donate back to Dreams Come True as a massive thank you. Without them, not only this dream but thousands of dreams every year wouldn't be possible.
