Looking to buy a Small block of flats. To offer affordable housing to young single parents in Hull. They will be serviced with an on site security person. They will have facilities to support single people back into employment.
Looking into having a day care facility on premises.
Ideally investors will be offered roles to run the flats and be part of the hands on or step back and be part of the back ground running.
