On 22nd August 2016 at 6.21am I gave birth to my beautiful baby boy Amorè Andrew Noel Miracle McIntosh however instead of this being the happiest day of our lives we experienced heartache like nothing we had experienced before. Due to a placenta abruption during early stages of labour my gorgeous baby boy was born not breathing. While I watched the neo natal team at the royal free hospital fight for 38 minutes to help get my babies heart beating again I went through hell. With the team fighting to save my babies life for 58 minutes he was then transfered severely sick to the special care of the UCLH neo natal team. The UCLH are miracle workers and nothing I ever do or could do would ever be adequate enough to thank them for the amazing care and support they showed not only my son but us as a family. But what I can do is raise as much money as possible to provide them and the families going through weeks of hell like me with vital life saving equipment, help with paying for micro nappies, the lunch and dinner they provine the mothers of sick babies with and so on.
