Story
In 2016 after 2 successful tryouts I was selected to represent Team England ParaCheer Freestyle Pom at the ICU World championships.
ParaCheer is a new division of the sport of Cheerleading that involves mixed teams with disabled and non-disabled athletes, working together to create a routine that incorporates most of the elements of a current cheerleading and dance.
For the first time in history ICU will introduce a ParaCheer division. I am so honored to not only represent my country but also this amazing division.
The competition will be held in the ESPN Wide World of Sports resort in Florida, 22nd-26th April.
I am hoping to fundraise to help me get to the Cheerleading World Championships 2017 and contribute towards my registration and Athlete entry tickets.
