Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Little Cherubs Solihull is a private day nursery that cares for children aged from 6weeks to 5years, here we have an ethos of ‘home to home’ meaning that the children here should feel safe, happy and comfortable at all times. 12 months ago Little Cherubs Solihull was taken over by some enthusiastic business owners who feel strongly about helping the children develop to the best of their abilities. Since this time, the nursery has undergone a lot of refurbishment and all of the rooms have been fully re-decorated and filled with new resources. However, the time has come for us to try and improve our garden area and for us to be able to accomplish the standard that the children deserve we need some help with raising the funds!
We have drawn up a plan of how we would like the garden to look and what equipment we would like to have out there, this plan ensures that we have targeted all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum for all ages which means any donations made would directly enhance the learning of all of the children and their individual needs. The donations will go directly into our outdoor provision and if we can reach our target the things we are looking at purchasing are; a special baby area that is separate to the rest of the area so that babies can play outside for longer periods of time and a soft play area so that they can play without hurting themselves, sensory equipment for our SEN children, climbing equipment to support the physical development of our older children and much, much more!
Quotes from staff and parents
“Having a new garden area would mean that we could meet all of the children’s individual needs, especially the babies as having their own area to explore would massively improve their physical development”
“Having a variety of resources will ensure the children are engaged and can get their required amount of exercise per day which will highly benefit their health and growth”
“To have better, more appropriate resources for the children would help with their learning and development”
“Having a new area for the babies to explore will help with their development and enhance their learning in all key areas of the early years foundation stage”
