Basically my mum died April 2017 from a genetic condition called alpha 1 zz ainit tripsin disease. We had always dream of traveling the world together as it was me and her against the world. Where she deteriorated so rapidly i became her carer and main support. She wasnt allowed to fly or travel as her life revolved around a time table of drugs. Why i never traveled was the fear of her passing when inwas else where in the world.. well that fear became reality and she passed as soon as i got to Spain. Me and my mum had a saving account which we both contributed to i think there was ivwr 4000£ and when we wrote the will everytbing was left to me as my other sister financially abused my num when she was younger. Unfortunately where my mum was on a lot of pain killers she accidently shredder the will. So by law everyrhing goes onto the next of kin which is the eldest sister. Where i was in spain i couldnt sort anytbing out so my sister took control over everything and i know my mum is tossing in her grave as she wasnt ment to take anything. So naturally my sister has taken all of our savings as the account was in my mums name and not mine. It should be split 50/50 in the eyes of the court but i am far to broken and lost to deal with the stress of the court. Please donate whatever you can once i get round to fighting my corner in court i will give each and every pennu back.. in all honesty i need to escape the real world for a while and get my head around it all as i havent had time to grieve propperly as i had to go back to work straight away as i dont get sick pay and only got given 5 days compassionate leave and i needed my full pay as i am a logger and need to pay rent and get by each month. I just want life to stop for a little while and take my mother's ashes with me like the dream we akways had . Thank you for reading
