Hello people I don't know how to start my hands are trembling now, today this morning was supposed to be our first hearing with my ex bf's and my baby-daddy but he did not show up, I filed a criminal case against him because he refused to give child support to our baby. Now my attorney advised me to have a paternity test as my evidence to win the case and for that he will go to jail and pays child support. I need to get a DNA test because he denies that he has a child. H did not recognize our baby in the birth certificate, did not show up when I gave birth, the DNA test cost me 276.98 USD and thats 14500 Philippine pesos.
