Our little boy was born early at 27 weeks, he was born at Bradford Neo Natal Unit. Oliver as many people know was incredibly poorly and we was told he wouldn't make it. He was born with Sepsis, Meningitis, e coli and pneumonia, we then discovered he had two large bleeds on his brain and would potentially be severely brain damaged. Despite the doctors first thoughts Oliver battled through fighting every infection and every step back to become the amazing miracle he is. Hes gone through various surgeries and procedures including eye surgery. He turns two in June, and is now a very happy healthy little boy. To mark his second birthday i am doing a sky dive to raise money for the unit that saved our sons life. We will always be eternally grateful to the unit and to give them something back would be fab.
