I’m just over 3 months into the running challenge and it’s all going well, and I’m getting out 5 times a week. I’ve entered into my 2nd official race which is the Dalton Park 10k held at Dalton Park Outlet Shopping Centre on December 17th. My running total is now at 357.51km. I ran my first official race today at Gibside, this was a 7 a half mile race which is ran around Gibside's grounds. This was very hilly with some really steep inclines, I had a lot of fun and can't wait for my next race. My running total is now up to 238.84km. Week 5- This update comes a lot later in the week than normal but I've decided to change the day to help me total up my weekly km's. The running total so far is 186.91km from 30 runs. I have ran 16 times in October with 120.30km being the distance covered. My 1st official run is now confirmed at Gibside on the 5th November I'm taking part in the annual Gibside Fruitbowl Trail Race this is a 6mile run and Im really looking forward to taking part. Im hoping by next weeks update I can confirm a race entry for December too. Thanks, Robert
