My name is chloe and I'm 9 years old. I'm hoping some of you can help. I've been very lucky and been accepted to have my dream holiday come true thanks to the charity Dreams Come True. Unfortunately they are only able to fund myself and my mummy. Due to my various disabilities including not being able to sit up or walk we need a carer for help and support to join us.
