A good friend of mine runs his own Local comic book shop based in Stirling, Central Scotland, he initially started trading in 1993 during the height of the 90's boom period but closed is doors in 2006. He re-opened again last year after 12 years away from the business, although he continued to run a small mail order variation from his home.

It's not been easy getting re-established after so long away, finding new customers, re-igniting peoples interest, anyone who has ever run their own LCS will be only too aware of the heightened interest ever time a new Marvel movie comes out, but turning that interest into a long term reliable pull list customer is a difficult task.

Earlier this week Stirling was hit by some of the worst flash floods seen in years and unfortunately Justice Comics has taken a lot of damage.

I have decided to start this to help the owner ( Brian King ) get back onto his feet. He was extremely close to throwing in the towel earlier this week, there's not another Comic Book shop around for miles so this shop is a godsend to a number of people.

He estimates he has lost up to 80% of his onshelf stock as as well as his back issue boxes. It's a huge hit for anyone to take and any help, no matter how small, anyone can give to allow Brian to recover and get back on his feet quicker would be massivly appreciated.
