Weʼve raised £500 to raise funds for Field of Dreams - a supporter of numerous charities with the goal of helping those with Diabetes

Story
Over 400 people every day in the UK get diagnosed with diabetes. On top of this, it's thought that approximately 630,000 people have yet to have it treated. I have both friends and family who have been affected by diabetes and as such, i'm acutely aware of how much it can impact on someone's life.
Through Football Aid, i'm playing in a charity football match at Wolverhampton Wanderers with the aim of raising funds for Field of Dreams. Field of Dreams is a grant issuing charity who provide funds to many different charities such as Diabetes UK, Prince and Princess of Wales Hospital, UNICEF, The Prince's Trust, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
My aim is to raise £500 for this worthy cause. Please help me out if you can.
